DOMESTIC SHIPPING
All Items Under 145 Lbs. will Ship Via UPS Ground, or UPS Next Day Air. We take pride in our work and go the extra mile to make sure your items are packaged properly.
- Orders placed before 12:00 P.M. EST in most cases will be shipped the same day. (Unless special packaging or shipping arrangements are requested)
- Next Day Air Orders need to be placed before 3:00 P.M. EST to ensure they will be processed in time. Please leave a note on your invoice if Early A.M. delivery is needed. Additional Charges will be applied for Early A.M. Delivery.
- We do our best to meet our customers needs. If you need an item shipped after our 3:00 P.M. Deadline, please Contact Us with your request. We check our email constantly throughout the day and will respond promptly.
- If requested we can ship items using your UPS Account Number. Please leave a note on your invoice including your Account Number and Account Zip Code. We will remove and/or refund the shipping charge from your invoice.
- Tracking Numbers will be Emailed to the address on your eBay account. Tracking Information can also be found on the Order Page on your eBay account.
- Upon request we can also ship via FedEx. If you wish to use your FedEx Account Number please include that information in a note on your order or in a separate message through eBay. We will refund your shipping cost and/or remove it from your invoice prior to payment.

Freight SHIPPING
All Items weighing over 145 Lbs will require Freight Shipping. We ship LTL and Full Trailer Loads and can provide a Shipping Quote Prior to Purchase. We prep and palletize all equipment at no additional charge for freight shipping. If crating is requested we will provide a quote to crate your item.
Please provide the following information in order to get the most accurate rate:
- Shipping Location Zip Code
- Confirm the Shipping Location is a Commercial Address or Residential (additional shipping charges may apply for residential delivery)
- Confirm if a Liftgate will be Required for Unloading at the Destination (items over 3000 Lbs cannot be unloaded using a liftgate)
- Once we receive this information a Shipping Quote will be provided within hours of request.
Returns
Industrial Parts R Us Inc. will guarantee all items new and used for 30 days after the item has been received. (See Terms and
Conditions). The buyer has the option to exchange the item if we have another in stock, or for the purchase price. The buyer is

Do you have an assembly line that needs to be removed to bring in new equipment? Are you moving and need to have your machinery prepped, loaded, and shipped to your new location? Do you have a storage warehouse that is overloaded and out of space with parts and equipment you no longer need or use? Industrial Parts R Us is equipped to handle large machinery moving, crating, shipping, and trucking. We would be interested in purchasing your old equipment and in some cases my even do the work in exchange for your equipment.
Machinery Consignment Sales
Industrial Parts R Us also provides machinery consignment sales. Let us sell your equipment. For a commission of 18% of the total sales price, we will post and advertise your equipment on our website and affiliate websites. We can answer all customer questions, help arrange and quote shipping charges, and handle the transaction from start to finish. All that is required from the seller is a few quality high resolution pictures, the Model Number, and Serial Number of the equipment. Once we receive that information our salesmen will research the equipment, and give you our appraisal of the current market value of the machine (our appraisal prices are only a suggestion, and we can price the machinery higher or lower depending on the customers wishes and/or to speed the sale and removal of the equipment). Once we have researched the equipment, we may have additional questions concerning measurements, and specific specifications of the particular piece of equipment in order to provide our customers with the most accurate and detailed description of the machine as possible. We may also request more pictures of the machinery or special shots to be included in order to provide the best detail to our customers and to ensure a speedy sale. Rigging and prepping services can also be provided by Industrial Parts R Us at an additional charge depending on the size and location of the equipment.
